Hi, I’m Justin Ryan, PT

I have predominantly worked throughout the North West of England & Wales despite having a worldwide online client base. Renowned as a leading Weight loss & Lifestyle coach, my client base remains exclusive and I also work with a number of High Profile clients.

My very own 100lb Weight loss and life changing transformation from quitting a lengthy service within the Police Force to pursue my passion to help others makes me one of the few understanding trainers who has been there and done it for themselves.

My story was featured in The Daily Post, The Sunday Times, Cheshire Life, Closer Magazine and have delivered talks / interviews on numerous radio stations. Personal Training

I offer both home and outdoor mobile Personal Training sessions. If you hate the thought of a sweaty crowded Gym, I also specialise in Online Virtual PT sessions & Online Coaching Plans.

Bootcamps & Classes

Live classes on your home TV or smart device is the most cost effective way to train. Whether it’s my morning bodyweight bootcamp or my evening bodytrance class jumping around to classic 90’s dance / trance with some glow sticks. You will enjoy each and every session.

Online Coaching

If you are disciplined enough to follow one of my coaching programs then this is a great way to have a coach on a budget. Simply choose your program and stick to it. View my programs in the Plans & Pricing section.

And for many people, simply knowing that your own coach is waiting at the gym to work with you will not only encourage you to show up, but also ensure that once you are there you work hard.
